09/30/2025 by alexander

In this article we will help you discover the rankings of the top Richmond Hill elementary and secondary schools, in Richmond Hill and also provide information about elementary schools. We understand that choosing a school can be stressful but don’t worry we have all the information you need to make it easier.

The rankings mentioned here are based on assessments conducted by the Fraser Institute, an organization that has been evaluating the performance of schools in Ontario for two decades. It is important to consider each schools performance when comparing them because low scores may be influenced by factors such as teaching students with special needs or having a higher number of non English speaking students (which can impact exam results). These fluctuations do not necessarily reflect lower quality education across Richmond Hill as a whole; rather they are instances within classrooms.

So without delay lets begin with the comparison chart and then delve deeper into the public, catholic and francophone elementary schools, in Richmond Hill.

Fraser Institute Rankings

The rankings compiled by the Fraser Institute are based on province test scores, which means that schools, with students who speak English as a language may have different results compared to schools where students have a stronger grasp of English overall.

However it’s important to note that the quality of a school goes beyond these test scores. Richmond Hill is fortunate to have a population, which benefits children by exposing them to religions, cultures and languages from an early age through their friendships with peers from different backgrounds.

Another aspect worth considering is the percentage of students with needs or larger class sizes. You can find all these statistics, on the A Z list of schools page.

Great! Now that I know which schools are the best, how do I know which one is right for my kids?
