Cachet Markham used to be farmland until it started getting turned into areas in the 1990s. Cachet is often associated with prestige. That reputation holds true in the northern part called Cachet Country Club. The main road there is called Cachet Parkway, a boulevard lined with mansions set back, from the road on spacious estate lots. One charming area is around Personna Boulevard, where you can find properties featuring small creeks and ponds. The neighbourhood is filled with lush greenery thanks to the tree canopy creating a habitat for chirping songbirds.
Additionally there are subdivisions within Cachet including Cachet Woods, Cachet Mews and Manors of Cachet. While these neighborhoods are also beautiful in their right they may not have the level of exclusivity or opulence, as the renowned Cachet Country Club.
