This neighbourhood is located in the part of Newmarket. Like much of Newmarket it has terrain and a green pathway formed by the East Holland River watershed. Huron Heights Drive and Leslie Valley Drive are two roads that wind through this area. It is a neighbourhood, with schools and access to nature and parks including the Nokiidaa Bike Trail. The farmland to the north belongs to the Town of East Gwillimbury.
On the side of Leslie Street you’ll find the Newmarket Industrial Park. Green Lane, north of this neighbourhood is a road that connects commuters to Highway 404. Additionally there’s a Go Train Station at 845 Green Lane East making it an ideal location for commuters.
