History of Kleinburg
The Kleinburg neighborhood can be found in the City of Vaughan, Ontario. It was originally established in 1848 by John Nicholas Klein, who purchased 83 acres of land and constructed a sawmill and gristmill. Throughout the years the village has undergone changes. It has managed to maintain its small town charm and knit atmosphere.

Situated in Bindertwine Park off Islington Avenue it is widely regarded as one of the golf courses, in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Designed by renowned architect Doug Carrick this championship golf course is nestled among the hills and forests of the Humber River Valley. Copper Creek can be reached within 15 minutes of Highway 407 on the side of Highway 27.
If you prefer hiking there’s also a trail called the Kleinburg Summit Loop. For those who crave adventure the Humber Valley Heritage Trail is a 20 minute drive away.
