Copper Hills has been developed in stages since 2007. Is still undergoing expansion as of the time this text was written in 2018. The houses here feature the French Provincial Manor style. Are situated on 40 50 foot lots with double or triple car garages. These residences are generously proportioned, with many spanning 3000 3500 feet or even larger. They’re ideal for families seeking four or five bedrooms. These built luxury homes cater to move up buyers considering the rising costs associated with constructions, across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
