This greenway is 8.9 km long in total. It’s a wide and popular gravel path.
Accessibility: It is unclear if there are designated accessible parking spots at the north end of the trail. The closest accessible spaces are near a shopping centre at the intersection of Islington Avenue and Stegmans Mill.
The estimated grade is mostly easy (5% or less), but there are some steep uphill/downhill sections (over 8%) near 1.2, 3.4, 4.18, and 4.9-5.3 kilometers when going south. If you are using a wheelchair or mobility equipment, or pushing a stroller, you may need assistance on these sections.
The surface of the trail is packed gravel, suitable for most wheelchair and stroller users. Some sections (near 2.6 kilometers) are less firm, but still passable for most users.
