History of North Leslie
The Oak Ridges Moraine, a land formation that dates back, to the ice age about 12,000 years ago has long been a defining feature of this region. In 2010 Richmond Hill granted permission, to developers to build the North Leslie neighbourhood while also taking measures to safeguard the areas located within this community.
